The Dambulla Cave Temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site made up of rock caves with ancient murals and more than 100 Buddha statues. It is on top of a hill and has a spiritual atmosphere with great views of the area around it. It is a great work of Buddhist beauty and devotion.
